Working Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive customer acquisition through lead generation and conversion.

• Conduct client meetings, property consultations, and project walkthroughs.

• Deliver effective product presentations and pitches to potential clients.

• Manage and expand client portfolios to achieve sales and revenue targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to present and pitch high-value real estate products confidently.

• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset. • Graduation or higher qualification in Business / Marketing / Real Estate preferred.
