Role Overview:

Weareseekingaproactiveandclient-focusedRelationshipManagertobuild,maintain,and

strengthenlong-term relationshipswithourclients.Theidealcandidatewillactasabridgebetween

clientsandinternalteams,ensuringsmoothexecutionofcampaigns,clientsatisfaction,andrepeat

KeyResponsibilities:

•Sourcingpotentialclientsforourleadgenerationservicethroughnetworking,coldcalling,

nurturingleads,etc.

•Schedulingandconductingone-on-onemeetingswithpotentialclients.

•Demonstratingoursoftwareandexplainingabouttheservicesweprovide.

•Convincethepotentialclientsandtrytomakeclosuresbycollectingpayments.

•Briefingthemarketingteam abouttheclient'srequirementandensuringqualitydelivery.

•Maintaininggoodrelationshipwiththeclientsandkeeptheretentionratehigh.
