Key Responsibilities – Sales Executive
Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and direct client interactions.
Meet prospective clients personally and understand their property requirements, budget, and preferences.
Conduct regular field visits and client meetings as part of the sales process.
Visit clients at their preferred locations and maintain professional relationships.
Conduct and coordinate site visits for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Accompany clients to project sites and explain the project features, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and available offers.
Follow up with prospective clients through calls and personal meetings.
Convert qualified leads into successful property sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the telecalling and sales teams for effective lead management.
Maintain accurate records of client meetings, site visits, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Travel within the assigned area for client meetings and property/site visits.
Contribute to overall business growth by achieving individual and team sales target
