Location: Barakhamba Road, New Delhi (Office: Rohit House, Tolstoy Marg)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Depending on Experience)
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Weekly Off: Monday or Tuesday

About the Role
Looking for an experienced and confident Female Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and strong client-handling abilities. The role involves managing client interactions, coordinating with property dealers, and conducting site visits to assist customers in making informed property decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle property sales inquiries and convert leads into potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
Coordinate with property dealers and brokers for business opportunities.
Conduct property presentations and explain project features to clients.
Accompany clients for site visits and property inspections.
Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Prior experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong client handling and dealer management abilities.
Pleasing personality and professional appearance.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel for site visits.
Working Schedule
6 Days Working.
Weekly Off: Monday or Tuesday.
Saturdays and Sundays are mandatory working days as client meetings and site visits are conducted on weekends.
