Job Title: Closing Manager – Real Estate

📍 Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Closing Manager to manage end-to-end real estate transaction closures from booking to registration and handover. The role involves close coordination with customers, banks, legal teams, and internal departments while ensuring full compliance with RERA and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete closing process including registration & possession

Coordinate with customers, sales, banks, legal teams & authorities

Verify agreements, title documents, payments, NOCs & approvals

Handle home loan documentation & bank disbursements

Act as single point of contact for customers during closure

Track pending payments, documentation & maintain MIS

Ensure compliance with RERA, stamp duty & registration laws

Provide regular closure status reports to management

Requirements:

Graduate in Commerce/Business or equivalent

6–8 years experience in real estate closings

Strong knowledge of RERA, documentation & home loans

Excellent coordination, communication & follow-up skills
