Real Estate Sales

We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in property sales. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong closing skills, and the ability to manage high-value clients while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate quality leads through networking, digital outreach, channel partners, and property portals.

• Conduct client meetings, understand their property requirements, and suggest suitable project options.

• Plan and conduct site visits, virtual tours, and property presentations professionally.

• Build and manage a personal client portfolio with consistent follow-ups and relationship management.

• Close property deals independently, ensuring documentation accuracy and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and update records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline using CRM software.

• Coordinate with marketing, finance, and legal teams to facilitate the entire sales process.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor projects, and property regulations.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting directly to the Team Leader or Sales Manager.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of proven real estate sales experience (residential, commercial, or plotted developments)

• Strong understanding of the local real estate market and buyer behavior

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Confidence in handling client objections and closing high-ticket deals

• Expertise in lead handling, follow-up strategies, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, NoBroker)

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the entire sales cycle

• Professional appearance and conduct, with high integrity and accountability

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with real estate portals (99acres, MagicBricks, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, or related fields preferred)

• MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus

• Fluency in English and regional languages

• Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred
