Job Overview: A Real Estate Sales Executive is responsible for selling residential or commercial properties, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves working with potential buyers to understand their needs, showcasing properties, and guiding them through the buying process. Schedule and conduct property viewings with prospective buyers. Provide clients with comprehensive information about properties and the local market. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate prices and terms with buyers and sellers. Facilitate property transactions, ensuring all documentation and legal formalities are completed. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business. Administrative Duties: Maintain an updated database of available properties. Prepare and submit sales contracts. Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Salary and Benefits: Competitive base salary with performance-based commissions.
