Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property sales. A strong understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.

• Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.

• Present and promote real estate projects to potential clients.

• Conduct site visits and property tours.

• Negotiate deals and close sales with a high conversion rate.

• Maintain and update client databases (CRM) regularly.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance brand visibility and client satisfaction.

• Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and competition.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar sales role.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of local property markets and real estate trends.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

• Multilingual abilities (if applicable to region/clientele).

• Familiarity with legal documents and sales agreements.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.
