About the Role

Buybuzz Infra LLP is looking for energetic, ambitious, and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executives to join our growing sales team in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, references, digital leads, and other sources.

• Connect with potential customers and understand their property requirements.

• Explain and promote real estate projects based on customer needs.

• Schedule and conduct property/project site visits with prospective clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

• Follow up regularly with leads and convert prospects into successful bookings.

• Negotiate and assist customers throughout the sales process.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated on current real estate projects, market trends, pricing, and competition.
