Job Summary

Ambika Realty is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Gurugram team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, generating interest in our real estate projects, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and leads.

• Explain real estate projects, offers, pricing, and key features.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.

• Generate qualified leads and maintain regular follow-ups.

• Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/calling targets.

• Coordinate with the field sales team for lead conversion.

• Build strong customer relationships and provide timely information.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or real estate sales preferred.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Hindi and English communication skills required.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Target-oriented, energetic, and confident personality.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and lead management.

• Candidates with real estate experience will be preferred.

Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Salary: ₹20,000–₹50,000 per month + Incentives (depending on experience)
