Key Responsibilities:

• Incoming leads ka call/WhatsApp follow-up, appointment fix karna.

• Site visits plan karke property features explain karna; objections handle karna.

• Closure & documentation me assist; daily CRM updates maintain.

• Channel partners ke saath coordination, flyers/campaign me support.

• Weekly targets achieve karna; market feedback dena.

Requirements:

• 0–3 saal field sales (real estate preferred, freshers with strong communication welcome).

• 2-wheeler + Android phone mandatory; Google Maps familiarity.

• Hindi fluency; basic English & WhatsApp/Excel knowledge.

• Target-oriented, polite & trustworthy; 6-day week comfortable.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed ₹20000 – ₹45000+ Attractive Monthly Incentives (no cap).

• Fuel/Mobile allowance, training, fast-growth path (Sr. Executive → Team Lead).

• Immediate joining preferred (Notice period: __ days).
