Conduct outbound lead generation campaigns through calls, emails, and chat to identify prospects for luxury residential properties.
Qualify leads based on industry-specific parameters such as budget, location preferences, and purchase timelines.
Maintain detailed CRM records, ensuring accurate data on all client interactions and conversion metrics.
Consistently achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Work closely with sales teams to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
Stay informed about current market trends, property pricing, and project details to deliver accurate information to potential clients.
Handle inquiries professionally, ensuring high client satisfaction and trust-building during the sales journey.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of residential real estate lead generation within a BPO process.
Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or higher qualifications accepted.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to interact with premium clients and handle high-value property transactions.
Strong knowledge of CRM tools, lead management systems, and sales automation software.
Persuasive negotiation and closing ability with a target-driven mindset.
Proven BPO experience in residential real estate lead generation is mandatory.
Prior success in managing luxury or premium property leads will be highly preferred.
