The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating and maintaining client communication, scheduling meetings, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.  Key Responsibilities:

•  Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to discuss property listings and services

• Communicate professionally and clearly with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp

• Coordinate and schedule property visits, meetings, and follow-ups

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and appointments

•  Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

•  Assist in presenting property options based on client needs and preferences

 Requirements:

•  Female candidate preferred

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

•  Proficient in using phone, email, and messaging apps for client communication

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

•  Friendly, confident, and customer-focused attitude

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream)
