Position: Billing & Purchase Order Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate sales invoices and billing documents.

• Generate and manage purchase orders (POs) with complete accuracy.

• Track orders from production through final delivery to customers.

• Coordinate with production, inventory, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.

• Maintain detailed records of orders, stock movements, and customer transactions.

• Monitor pending orders and proactively follow up to avoid delays.

• Verify all weights, quantities, and transaction details before processing.

• Prepare reports related to billing, purchases, and delivery status.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional accuracy.

• Ability to work with zero-error mindset in a high-value gold manufacturing environment.

• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.

• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Experience Preferred: 1–3 years in billing, purchase order management, inventory coordination, or a similar administrative role.
