Job Description: Sales Promoter & Merchandiser (FMCG)

We are urgently hiring Sales Promoters & Merchandisers for a leading FMCG brand. If you are enthusiastic about sales, have a keen eye for product presentation, and are ready to work in a fast-paced retail environment, we want you on our team!

Locations:
Hyderabad, Chennai, Trivandrum

Eligibility:

• Education: 10th pass and above

• Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year in FMCG sales, merchandising, or retail roles28

• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and maintain attractive product displays to optimize visibility and drive sales24.

• Ensure store shelves are always stocked, clean, and well-organized with correct pricing and signage24.

• Rotate and replenish stock, removing expired or damaged products4.

• Engage and assist customers, answer their queries, and promote product features to increase conversions123.

• Collect and report market and competitor information to the sales team2.

• Support new product launches and promotional activities in-store12.

• Follow merchandising standards and planograms as per company guidelines2.

• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team on customer preferences and sales trends4.
