Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are hiring energetic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executives to promote and sell credit card products at Apollo Pharmacy stores. This is a customer-facing role ideal for individuals passionate about sales and looking to grow in the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in customers at Apollo Pharmacy to promote suitable credit card offerings.

Explain card features, eligibility criteria, benefits, and usage clearly and confidently.

Collect and verify customer documents in line with KYC (Know Your Customer) norms.

Ensure daily visibility of promotional materials and campaign branding within the store.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets as assigned.

Key Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

Experience: 6 months to 2 years in credit card or financial product sales. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Confidence in directly approaching customers

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Basic knowledge of financial products and KYC norms
