Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, supervise, and execute civil construction projects from start to completion.
Manage site activities, ensuring work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, timelines, budgets, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical or execution-related issues.
Prepare project reports, maintain site documentation, and provide regular progress updates to management.
Monitor material planning, procurement coordination, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in civil construction or real estate project execution.
Hands-on experience in plotted developments, farmland layouts, infrastructure, and site execution.
Strong knowledge of project planning, site supervision, quality control, budgeting, and contractor management.
Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is an added advantage.
