Mandatory Requirements:
3+ years of Business Development experience with at least 2+ years in Enterprise B2B Sales.
Hands-on experience in:
Cold Calling
Email Outreach
LinkedIn Prospecting
Lead Qualification
Meeting/Demo Scheduling with Account Executives
(Inbound-only experience will not be considered.)
Strong experience using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc., along with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or Freshsales.
Exposure to global markets including US, UK, and Middle East (MENA).
Significant experience targeting and managing Enterprise Accounts.
Well-versed in sales qualification methodologies such as MEDDIC and SPIN Selling.
Proven track record of engaging with CXO and senior executive stakeholders (CEO, CIO, COO, CMO, etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Stable career history with a minimum tenure of 1.5 years per organization (1–2 shorter stints acceptable if supported by a recent 2+ year tenure).
Prior experience in B2B IT Services, IT Consulting, or Design/Creative Services organizations.
