Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee sourcing, vendor management, contract negotiations, and procurement operations for real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction materials, vendor networks, cost optimization, and project procurement planning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies for real estate and construction projects.
Source and procure construction materials, interior finishes, fixtures, equipment, and services.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Coordinate with project, design, and execution teams to understand material requirements.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery to avoid project delays.
Maintain vendor performance records and conduct periodic evaluations.
Prepare purchase orders, comparative statements, and procurement reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and alternative sourcing opportunities.
