Handle customer queries through voice calls or non-voice channels (chat/email).
Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer issues.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Document customer interactions as per process guidelines.
Meet productivity, quality, and performance benchmarks.
Good to excellent communication skills (English mandatory).
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Basic computer knowledge required.
Salary: Up to ₹35,000 in hand (based on experience and process).
