ROLE- To generate Enquiries/Leads through Calls & Chat from Corporate Customers &

pass on the Lead to Tele-Sales Team based at Mumbai Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES -

Generating Sales Enquiries from Corporate Customers (existing & New) through various Channels- Calls, Emails, Social Media, Whatsapp, Website, Business Directories etc.

Understanding Customer’s Profile in detail through research on Online Platforms before approaching.

Understanding Customer’s Requirements in detail & also understand the Customer & enter details in Lead Management System.

Answering Customer Queries in detail as per our SOPs.

Manage Internal Systems, Documentation & Creating Tele-Calling Reports.
