Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Real Estate

📍 Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore
🕒 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week (One weekday off, Sunday working)
💰 Salary: Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives

Job Description

We are looking for a confident and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage customer calls, explain property details, and schedule meetings for high-value residential projects.

Leads will be provided through online platforms. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries and coordinating meetings to drive conversions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Call customers on provided leads

  • Explain project details, pricing, and benefits clearly

  • Handle and resolve customer queries professionally

  • Schedule meetings and site visits for interested clients

  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects

  • Coordinate with sales managers for deal closure

  • Maintain call records and update lead status

  • Work towards achieving targets and earning incentives


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate / sales / calling profile

  • Good English communication skills (mandatory)

  • Confident, well-spoken, and professional personality

  • Ability to handle high-value clients (₹1 Cr+ ticket size projects)

  • Target-oriented and proactive approach
