Job Description

1. Lead Generation

  • Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, online campaigns, social media, property portals, and referrals.

  • Attend property expos, events, and open houses to attract new customers.

2. Lead Qualification

  • Filter and evaluate incoming leads to determine their interest level, budget, requirements, and timeline.

  • Categorise leads (hot, warm, cold) and prioritise follow-ups.

3. Client Communication

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential buyers.

  • Explain project features, location advantages, and pricing.

  • Address basic queries and concerns before passing on to the sales team.

4. Database Management

  • Maintain and update a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system with lead information, call logs, and follow-up details.

  • Ensure lead records are accurate and up to date.

5. Scheduling Site Visits

  • Arrange and coordinate site visits for potential buyers with the sales or field team.

  • Provide necessary support to ensure visits go smoothly (transportation, site prep, etc.).

6. Marketing Support

  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand and promote new campaigns and offers.

  • Share feedback from prospects to help refine marketing strategies.

7. Product Knowledge

  • Develop a strong understanding of the real estate projects, including:

    • Floor plans

    • Amenities

    • Construction status

    • Legal clearances

    • Payment plans and loan options

8. Reporting and Analytics

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on lead status, conversions, and follow-ups.

  • Track KPIs like the number of calls made, leads qualified, and appointments set.

9. Coordination with Sales Team

  • Pass qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives.

  • Follow up on the lead status and keep prospects engaged during the process.
