Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to handle property sales related to bank and NBFC auction listings. The role involves contacting potential buyers, providing information about properties available for sale through auctions, and assisting in the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote properties available for sale under bank and NBFC auctions.

- Explain property details, auction procedures, and related terms clearly to interested buyers.

- Maintain and update the customer database (leads, follow-ups, and conversion status).

- Coordinate with the sales team and field staff for property site visits and buyer meetings.

- Generate interest and qualify leads for further engagement by the sales team.

- Follow up regularly with prospective clients to ensure conversion and closure.

- Prepare and share daily/weekly reports on lead status and call outcomes.

- Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
