b Role: Cogent company Noida-127

Handle customer queries and requests during incoming calls.

Upsell banking products such as:

Debit/Credit Card Upgrades

EMI Conversions on Credit Card Dues

Loan Top-ups (Home/Personal)

Insurance Offerings

Eligibility: Graduate / Undergraduate (No Technical Grads)

Fresher or Experienced Both Welcome

Good communication in English & Hindi (Mandatory)

Shift Details:

Working Hours: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM

6 Days Working | Rotational Weekly Offs

Salary & Benefits:

Up to 25,000 CTC per month
