Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive – Real Estate
Location: Sector 132
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling initial client interactions, qualifying leads, and coordinating with the sales team to drive conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients
Generate and qualify leads through various channels
Provide detailed information about projects, pricing, and availability
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team
Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
Follow up with prospects to ensure engagement
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client handover
Maintain daily reports of calls, leads, and follow-ups
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of real estate industry preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Experience
0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer support (real estate preferred)
