Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales order cycle, coordination with internal departments, and ensuring timely execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage sales orders in ERP system.
Verify customer purchase orders, pricing and commercial terms.
Coordinate with Production, Stores and Dispatch teams for order execution.
Prepare Proforma Invoices, Tax Invoices and related documentation.
Track order status and provide updates to customers and sales team.
Handle dispatch planning and logistics coordination.
Maintain proper documentation of sales orders and records.
Support the sales team with draft quotations and order confirmations.
Resolve customer queries related to orders, delivery and documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of Logistics handling
Very high communication skills
Experience in ERP
Able to Multitask
