Key Responsibilities
Make calls to corporates and work places, retail chains, Public and commercial places, fitness and lifestyle and many other businesses etc where music usage is required:
Gather information about upcoming or ongoing events involving sound and music
Identify potential licensing requirements
Handle incoming calls from prospective and existing clients
Receive inquiries and guide clients in completing licensing procedures online or via telephone
Educate clients about music licensing and its importance
Create awareness and promote licensing solutions offered by the company
Follow up with existing clients for:
License renewals
Payment reminders
Conduct sales calls to generate new licensing opportunities
Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and servicing.
Requirements
Execullent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Confident and clear speaking ability over calls
Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
Basic computer knowledge (word, excel etc)
Positive attitude and convincing skills
