Key Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales & Technical Support
Understand client requirements and design suitable ELV solutions (CCTV, FAS, Access Control, Networking, PA, etc.).
Conduct site surveys and prepare site assessment reports.
Prepare BOQ, technical proposals, costing sheets, and compliance statements.
Support sales team with technical clarification during client meetings.
Assist in tender preparation, technical submittals, and documentation.
Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for pricing and product selection.
2. Solution Designing & Documentation
Prepare system architecture diagrams, layout drawings, and schematic designs (if required).
Design solutions based on project specifications, standards, and client needs.
Prepare presentations, proposals, and technical comparisons.
3. Client Interaction
Participate in client meetings for technical discussions.
Provide pre-bid and post-bid queries response.
Suggest best-fit products and technology options to clients.
4. Coordination
Coordinate with operations/installation teams for feasibility and technical validation.
Work closely with project managers for handover after project finalization.
Follow up with vendors for product specifications and technical literature.
5. Sales Enablement
Support sales executives in deal closure.
Provide training and briefings to sales team on ELV products.
Maintain updated product knowledge from various OEMs.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of ELV systems:
CCTV Surveillance Systems
Fire Alarm & Detection System (FAS)
Access Control & Biometric Systems
Networking – LAN, WAN, Switches, Routers
PA / Emergency Voice Evacuation Systems
Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, wiring diagrams, and system design.
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple proposals.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD (added advantage).
Vendor/OEM coordination experience.
