Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive Pre-Sales Executive to join our sales and marketing team. You will be the first point of contact for potential homebuyers and investors, responsible for handling inquiries, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Your role is crucial in building strong relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience in the early stages of the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from potential buyers.
Make outbound calls to leads generated via digital marketing and other campaigns.
Understand client requirements and explain property features, location benefits, pricing, and payment plans.
Qualify leads based on interest level, budget, timeline, and location preferences.
Maintain CRM systems with accurate lead data and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams for seamless customer engagement.
Share feedback from prospects to help improve marketing and sales strategy.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in real estate, tele sales, or customer support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (in English and local language).
Customer-focused with persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in real estate pre-sales or lead management.
Knowledge of local real estate markets and regulatory norms.
Ability to handle high call volumes and meet lead conversion targets.
