About the Role:

Intercontinental Holidays is hiring Telephonic Sales Executives who are energetic, persuasive, and passionate about sales. You'll be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our holiday packages, and converting leads into successful bookings. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers.

• Present and promote our holiday packages over the phone.

• Follow up with leads and ensure timely conversions.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and lead status.

• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)

• Experience: 0–2 years in telesales/telecalling/customer support

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred)

• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM use)

• Immediate Joiner Preferred
