Key Responsibilities

Client Advisory: Consult with clients to understand their property needs, financial goals, and timeline.
Property Marketing: Create and manage property listings on MLS and social media; host open houses and private tours.
Market Analysis: Perform comparative market analysis (CMA) to estimate property values and provide accurate pricing advice.
Negotiation: Act as a lead negotiator for purchase offers, ensuring favorable terms and prices for your clients.
Transaction Management: Coordinate with lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys to ensure all legal and financial paperwork is completed accurately.
Lead Generation: Proactively network and prospect for new buyer and seller leads to maintain a consistent pipeline.

Licensure: Active [State/Region] Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain).
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and "people" skills; able to build trust quickly.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record in sales or a strong desire to master negotiation and closing techniques.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, MLS platforms, and digital marketing tools.
Flexibility: Ability to work independent hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
