Job Summary
The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for handling customer inquiries, generating and qualifying leads, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers. The role involves maintaining customer relationships, follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth lead management process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to real estate projects.
Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and amenities to prospective clients.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, digital platforms, references, and marketing campaigns.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and the sales team.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Update customer data, lead status, and follow-up details in CRM software.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion activities.
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales reports.
Achieve monthly lead generation and site visit targets.
Attend property exhibitions, events, and promotional activities when required.
Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication at all times.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of real estate sales processes.
Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in real estate pre-sales, telesales, or customer handling preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or telecalling.
Experience in handling residential or commercial property leads.
