Role Overview:-
As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for businesses interested in Urpio. You will connect with leads from our digital marketing campaigns, understand what they need, explain how our Voice AI solutions can help, and get them to book a product demo.

Key Responsibilities:-
Call interested leads generated through digital marketing campaigns
Make outbound calls to potential business customers
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads
Explain Urpio's AI solutions clearly and build interest in a demo
Persuade prospects to schedule and attend product demos
Handle customer queries, objections and follow-ups professionally
Record lead details and call updates accurately in the CRM
Achieve daily and monthly demo targets

Requirements:-
Fluent in Hindi and English communication (mandatory)
Strong convincing and interpersonal skills
Comfort with outbound calling and working towards sales targets
Basic knowledge of smartphones and CRM tools
Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling or telesales experience is an advantage
