Core Responsibilities
Primary Contact: Serve as the main bridge between the company and key accounts to handle inquiries and concerns.
Client Retention: Develop strategic plans to meet client business goals and boost satisfaction.
Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams to solve problems.
Revenue Growth: Assist sales teams with cross-selling, upselling, and closing contract renewals.
Performance Tracking: Monitor account health, track KPIs, and document interactions using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot.

Required Qualifications & Education
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Typically 2 to 5+ years of experience in account management, customer service, sales, or client relations.
Industry Context: Commonly hired in banking, financial services, tech/SaaS, real estate, and corporate services.
Essential Skills
