Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Pre-Sales Head to lead and manage the pre-sales team. The role involves driving qualified walk-ins, improving lead conversions, and ensuring smooth coordination with the sales and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of 8–9 on-roll pre-sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Lead to Walk-in Conversion:
Design and implement strategies to convert leads into qualified site visit walk-ins for ongoing projects.
Performance Monitoring:
Ensure productivity of each team member by monitoring call counts, connections, and conversion ratios.
Client Engagement:
Ensure timely follow-ups, proper lead nurturing, and excellent customer experience.
Content & Call Quality Monitoring:
Monitor the quality of calls and accuracy of information shared with clients.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align lead quality and business goals.
Process & System Compliance:
Ensure all processes, CRM usage, and systems are followed strictly and recommend improvements for better performance.
MIS & Reporting:
Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and observations to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
4–5 years of experience in a leadership role in Real Estate / Financial Services Pre-Sales or Telecalling
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in CRM tools and lead management systems
Ability to work under pressure and handle aggressive targets
Good knowledge of local real estate market trends
