We are expanding our team and looking for dynamic Pre-Sales Executives who are confident communicators and passionate about customer interaction and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers.
• Understand client requirements and provide detailed information about properties and services.
• Follow up with leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
• Coordinate between marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Build and maintain a professional relationship with clients to increase conversion rates.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer service (Real estate experience preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, follow-up, and customer-handling ability.
• Fluency in English and local language (Kannada/Hindi) preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid Driving License (preferred but not mandatory for pre-sales).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident on calls.
