Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Outbound Calling Executive to manage international outbound calls, appointment bookings, and data distribution across the team. The role requires strong communication skills, team coordination, and the ability to manage call volumes, bookings, and data flow efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Make international outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Handle cold calling to generate appointments and leads.
Book, confirm, and manage appointments accurately in the system.
Manage and track daily, weekly, and monthly booking numbers.
Handle booking-related calls, including rescheduling and confirmations.
Ensure proper data distribution among team members.
Maintain accurate and structured data flow across the calling team.
Monitor call outcomes and ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
Coordinate with team members to balance workload and optimize booking performance.
Maintain clear records of outbound calls, bookings, and conversion ratios.
Ensure compliance with company processes and calling standards.
