Operation Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Operation Manager to oversee and manage operations across the South Region, based in Bangalore. The role involves supervising daily operational activities, leading and motivating teams, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and maintaining high service standards across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all operational activities across the South Region.

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the regional team to achieve operational and performance targets.

• Ensure smooth functioning of branch/field operations and maintain service quality.

• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where required.

• Coordinate with different departments to resolve operational issues.

• Identify manpower requirements and conduct hiring for the region when necessary.

• Handle employee grievances and ensure timely resolution while maintaining a positive work environment.

• Maintain discipline, compliance with company policies, and operational standards.

• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management regarding regional performance and challenges.

• Ensure proper communication and coordination between the regional team and head office.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in courier, cargo, or logistics industry.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Experience in team handling, recruitment, and employee engagement.

• Ability to manage multiple locations and handle operational challenges effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
