Job Description

We are looking for an Operation Manager to join our team at AIM Security and Facility Services .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall site operations for security and facility management services and Hiring as per the requirements
    Ensure proper deployment of manpower and maintain attendance records
    • Coordinate with clients for operational requirements and issue resolution
    • Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits
    • Monitor discipline, grooming, and performance of deployed staff
    • Ensure statutory and company compliance at all sites
    • Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation
    • Handle emergency situations and ensure timely escalation
