Agency - • You have to appoint a team of Financial Advisors.

• You have to train your team of Financial Advisors with the help of a trainer allocated to you.

• You have to sell financial products with the help of your financial advisors.

Direct - • Handle direct sales of financial products by meeting customers and converting company-provided leads into business.
• Build strong customer relationships, explain policy benefits, and achieve monthly sales targets through field visits.
• Generate new business through references, follow-ups, and customer meetings while maintaining service quality.

Banca - Handle bank customer leads and explain Kotak Life Insurance products.

Build good relationships with bank staff and support daily sales activities.
Achieve monthly insurance sales targets through branch banking customers.
Provide customer service, policy guidance, and follow-up support after sales.
