Job Overview:

Urbanstandz Pvt Ltd is seeking a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Female Operations Executive to support day-to-day operations in our real estate division. The candidate will be primarily responsible for managing office coordination, client communication, and minor on-field tasks. Kannada fluency is a must for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Office Responsibilities (80%)

Coordinate with internal teams, sales, and clients for smooth operations.

Manage property-related documentation, agreements, and filing.

Maintain and update data on Excel sheets and internal CRM systems.

Handle client queries via phone, email, and in-person at the office.

Assist in scheduling property visits and meetings for the sales team.

Support HR/admin team with basic office coordination tasks.

Follow up on documentation, payments, and status updates with clients/vendors.

Field Responsibilities (20%)

Assist with occasional on-site property coordination or documentation handovers.

Attend property visits for verification, client support, or updates when required.

Coordinate with field agents, clients, and site engineers for basic operational needs.

Candidate Requirements:

Female candidates preferred.

Must be fluent in Kannada and able to communicate in Good English.

Minimum 1 year of experience in operations/admin (real estate preferred).

Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic documentation.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Must be open to minor fieldwork as required.
