Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive based in Bangalore to join our growth team. You will play a key role in driving student enrollments, building institutional relationships, and expanding our presence in the higher education ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as digital outreach, cold calling, referrals, and events.

  • Convert leads into enrollments for our online programs by conducting consultative sales interactions.

  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and product demos to showcase program value.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and lead generation efforts.

  • Track all activity and pipeline progress through CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, LeadSquared).

  • Maintain long-term relationships with students and partners to ensure repeat engagement.

  • Attend and represent Eroshik Education at webinars, college fairs, and industry events.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, academic counseling, or business development (preferably in edtech or education).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + regional language preferred).

  • Strong sales mindset and ability to work toward monthly targets.

  • Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and video conferencing tools.

  • Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.


Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of the Indian higher education landscape.

  • Previous experience in student acquisition or admissions.

  • Multilingual communication is an added advantage.
