We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive based in Bangalore to join our growth team. You will play a key role in driving student enrollments, building institutional relationships, and expanding our presence in the higher education ecosystem.
Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as digital outreach, cold calling, referrals, and events.
Convert leads into enrollments for our online programs by conducting consultative sales interactions.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions and product demos to showcase program value.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Track all activity and pipeline progress through CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, LeadSquared).
Maintain long-term relationships with students and partners to ensure repeat engagement.
Attend and represent Eroshik Education at webinars, college fairs, and industry events.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, academic counseling, or business development (preferably in edtech or education).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English + regional language preferred).
Strong sales mindset and ability to work toward monthly targets.
Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and video conferencing tools.
Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
Knowledge of the Indian higher education landscape.
Previous experience in student acquisition or admissions.
Multilingual communication is an added advantage.
