We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Executive to manage day-to-day travel operations, coordinate bookings, handle customer support, and ensure smooth execution of tour packages. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with vendors, hotels, transport providers, and clients efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end tour operations and travel arrangements.
Coordinate hotel bookings, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel services.
Communicate with clients regarding itineraries, confirmations, and travel updates.
Liaise with vendors, hotels, drivers, guides, and travel partners.
Prepare travel itineraries, vouchers, invoices, and operational documents.
Monitor ongoing tours and resolve operational issues promptly.
Maintain booking records and customer databases.
Assist the sales team in customizing travel packages.
Manage cancellations, rescheduling, and emergency travel situations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in travel operations or tourism industry preferred.
