We are looking for a Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Role Summary:
This role will support the complete lifecycle of enterprise opportunities — from lead follow-up and opportunity tracking to RFP creation, GeM handling, and techno-commercial proposals.
You will work closely with the Solution Architect to ensure faster deal movement and high-quality submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inside Sales & Opportunity Tracking
Manage and track sales funnel (government + enterprise)
Regular follow-ups with clients and prospects
Schedule meetings, demos, and discussions
Ensure no opportunity is missed or delayed
2. RFP / Tender / Bid Management (Core Responsibility)
Understand and analyze RFP/RFQ documents
Create RFP responses and compliance documents
Prepare:
Technical compliance sheets (based on inputs)
Commercial documents
Maintain bid checklists and submission timelines
3. GeM Portal Handling
Work on GeM portal:
Bid participation
Product listing (if required)
Order processing coordination
Track GeM opportunities and updates
4. Techno-Commercial Coordination
Basic understanding of offerings:
Data Centre / Servers / Storage
Cybersecurity (SOC, SIEM)
ERP / GIS / Hosting / AI solutions
Prepare:
BOQs
Cost sheets
Margin calculations (basic level)
Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for pricing
5. Proposal & Documentation
Create client-ready:
Proposals
DPRs
Presentations
Convert inputs into structured documents
Maintain reusable templates
6. Internal & External Coordination
Act as bridge between:
Sales / Architect
OEMs
Clients
Follow up for inputs, pricing, and approvals
Required Skills:
Must-Have:
Strong communication & follow-up skills
Experience in:
Tender / RFP handling OR proposal creation
Good MS Excel (quotes, costing)
Good PowerPoint & documentation skills
Good to Have:
GeM portal experience
Exposure to System Integrator / IT company
Basic understanding of IT solutions
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
