We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Executive to manage daily travel operations, coordinate bookings, and ensure smooth execution of travel packages.
📍 Location: Equinox Business Tower, Irrigation Colony, Dehradun
⏰ Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
💰 Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Fixed Salary, depending on interview)
🗓️ Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily travel operations and booking activities.
Coordinate hotel, transportation, and other travel arrangements.
Handle customer queries and provide timely updates.
Coordinate with travel consultants, vendors, hotels, and transport providers.
Prepare itineraries, booking confirmations, vouchers, and travel documents.
Ensure smooth execution of travel packages, including domestic and pilgrimage tours.
Track bookings, payments, and operational schedules.
Resolve customer issues and handle last-minute changes efficiently.
Requirements
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and email.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in travel and tourism operations will be preferred.
