Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and other online platforms
Convert leads into sales by effective communication and follow-ups
Maintain customer database and update records regularly
Coordinate with the operations/dispatch team for order processing
Achieve monthly sales targets
Assist in planning online promotions and campaigns
Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly
Requirements:
Proven experience in online sales or customer handling
Good communication and interpersonal skills
