Job Description – Onboarding Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an Onboarding Executive who will ensure smooth and timely onboarding of new dealerships after the sales team closes a deal. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and comfortable coordinating with dealerships to complete all required documentation and onboarding formalities.

This role acts as the bridge between the Sales team and the dealership, ensuring every customer is onboarded without delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Sales Team and City Managers once a dealership is ready for onboarding.

• Visit dealerships (where required) and complete the end-to-end onboarding process.

• Collect, verify, and maintain all required documents and paperwork.

• Ensure all onboarding formalities are completed accurately and within timelines.

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any documentation or onboarding-related queries.

• Track the onboarding status of each dealership and provide regular updates to the Sales team.

• Follow up with dealerships for any pending documents or approvals.

• Maintain accurate onboarding records and reports.

• Ensure a smooth handover of onboarded dealerships to the Operations team.

Desired Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic understanding of calculations and numbers.

• Comfortable using Google Sheets, Google Docs, and emails.

• Ability to draft or respond to emails independently (AI tools may be used where required).

• Strong follow-up and organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel locally to dealerships whenever required.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Preferred Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 0–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, customer onboarding, documentation, or a similar role.

• Freshers with strong communication and learning ability may also apply.
