• Work Mode: 5 Days Onsite (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executives to join our growing US IT Staffing team. This role is ideal for both freshers and experienced professionals (minimum 6 months experience) who are passionate about sales, client handling, and building long-term business relationships in the US staffing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US IT Staffing market
• Work with Tier 1 clients / direct clients / implementation partners
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, job portals, and other sales channels
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for submissions
• Negotiate contracts, rates, and close business deals
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for ongoing requirements
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
• Minimum 6 months of experience in US IT Staffing / Business Development preferred
• Experience working with Tier 1 clients will be a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of C2C, W2, and 1099 hiring models
• Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
