Job Description

We are looking for coordinator to manage day-to-day HVAC operations, coordinate service and installation teams, and ensure smooth project execution. The candidate should have good knowledge of air conditioning systems and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage AC installation, maintenance, and service operations.

  • Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and customers.

  • Plan manpower, materials, and site schedules.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.

  • Handle customer inquiries and service complaints.

  • Prepare quotations, work reports, and service documentation.

  • Follow up on pending jobs and ensure quality standards are maintained.

  • Maintain inventory of AC materials and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HVAC/AC industry preferred.

  • Good knowledge of Split, Cassette, Ductable, and VRF/VRV systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple sites and service teams.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, emails, and reporting.

  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
